Lovely place so welcoming Staff and Breakfasts fantastic - the choice was tremendous nothing too much trouble
Didn’t expect anything less used to enjoy meals there when it was a restaurant!!

Lovely self catered cottage on a quite road, with hosts that really care and offer great advise on places to visit locally.

Fantastic location - Easy walk to Chichester marina, and only a short drive to West Wittering and Chichester.

Cottage was well equipped.

Bedrooms on different levels (1 on ground floor, 1 on 1st floor.

“We were staying close by & the pub was in walking distance so decided to pop in for lunch. So glad that we did as the food was delicious, all home made. The only downside was the choice of puddings, but that was due to my our particular tastes. The staff were really welcoming & friendly. We sat outside after our food & watched the light aircraft flying over. Highly recommend stopping here if you're passing.”

An Extremely comfortable Iron Bed frame to the Main Bedroom. Kitchen Dated but well equipped.”

“Staff were fantastic and Gina went out of her way to get a room ready for an early check in so we could get ready for a nearby wedding.
The room itself was basic but clean as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable.
The room was very warm and there's no air-conditioning, but there was a window to open a bit and a fan provided which made it comfortable enough.
Great location and convenient free parking in an underground carpark next to the hotel.”

“Just to say that during the school holidays, for each adult spending £4, one child eats for free! This includes a small main, drink, choc biscuit and crisps! It is easy to reach £4 - just a coffee and cake and u r there! It would be great if this offer continues after the holidays.”
