“I like to use RD because I find their customer service very helpful, where nothing seems to a be a bother. I went to the shop today and can say that the staff in the shop were just as good. I'd rang up the day before and asked if they could put an item aside for me, the lady said no problem. Goes in today to get it, and there you are, right behind the counter, cheery faces all round, I like it in a shop when a genuine smile is on display, well done RD team.”

Some days I avoid shopping here just to avoid the distress of trying to get out.However, the store is brilliant.”

“I love this chain and this supermarket ? Firstly, they care about every customer, they created their own TESCO club, which provides a lot of opportunities and privileges ??
Secondly, they care about people with disabilities! There are electric wheelbarrows at the entrance that people can use, and the area and distance between the display cases allows for shopping!
Thirdly, they care about the environment, they recycle waste products ??
These are always fresh products on the shelves. The range of products can satisfy the needs of every customer!
And your system of scanning products right during purchasing not only amazed me and causes admiration! How can you save both time and effort at the checkout, it’s so convenient ??

“Great little local store - vastly superior to the tesco on South Street (which is nearer to me). Good selection of own brand chilled goods and bakery. Best self service tills in town - but there is always a staff member to serve you too if you need. Only weakness is the fruit and veg section, which is a slightly weak selection - but they always have the essentials.”

“Very good shop, cheap petrol and diesel, from what I've seen and experienced helpful staff, (speaking on behalf of the other person's review it does need more signage of where to wait to fill up) and opening and closing time as one says 11 pm and the other says 10pm , apart from that brilliant staff, it would also benefit from pay at pump serviceThanks Richard ☺️”

“Recently I had a lot of parcels to post. The post office assistant was very helpful. I felt bad because there was a long queue, but she got the parcels sent asap and I was soon on my way. Excellent range of products in the shop too. Admittedly, it is small inside but this is not their fault.”

“This shop is like a tardis! It doesn't look that big from the outside but, inside you will be amazed. They sell everything you would expect from your normal local shop and more, but they have a large selction of fruit and veg. The chiller cabinets contain lots of cooked and uncooked meats, milk and desserts. They have a good range of frozen foods. There are also plenty of bargain items, usually located close to the till area.They also have a good stock of alcohol. They sell magazines, cards, wrapping paper. There is a post office within the shop, with a very helpful postmaster! You can park on the street outside the shop, or if its too busy you can park along the roads behind the shop.”
