“I've shopped in this store Shripney Road, Bognor Regis for many years. I've always found the staff helpful and friendly. This morning a lovely lad called Tom, was particularly polite and helpful. I catered for my parents funerals by ordering everything and collecting from this store. The produce was nicely packaged and presented. Also of good quality. “The fish and chips were fine, but the experience was marred by the establishment being cash only. This was not apparent until it was time to pay. Had to walk to a Tesco Express to get cash from a machine. This is surprising considering the Covid crisis and a lot of establishments taking cards only. Also, there were couple of customers in front of me who were not wearing a mask.”

“This place is located literally just down the road from where my relatives live. When I'm visiting them, I usually pop over for those items which we'd forgotten to buy on a "big shop". They recently closed this particular store for about a month for refurbishing. On reopening I was curious to see what they had done. In fact, I couldn't really see any difference in the design of the shop - except that they had repaired the many freezer and cool cabinets which were looking a bit sad before... Anyway, this really is a nice, convenience store with friendly staff. The opening hours are also brilliant - much better than equivalent stores in my adopted country, Germany.”
