I've been staying here twice a week for the past few months for work purposes and I have to say it's one of the more friendly locations I've stayed in. Hotel rooms, staff and restaurant are great. It's in a business park so not a scenic location. About a mile from centre of Burgess Hill but taxi phone in reception or easy walk
