I have a blue light card but I was unable to use this to get 20% off as the staff said they were too busy to take an order at the till. This left me with only the option of ordering on the screen and not being able to get a discount!

I stopped off here after a very long day, we arrived at 8.40pm, the first you thing you notice is the staff have packed up so people can not eat on site, so an hour and half early. My colleague and I ordered our food seperately, we even had a discussion about the food whilst we ordered, there were three members of staff... read full comment

Food all good except got home and realised they hadn't packed my onion rings. Not the first time this has happened either.
