literally opened a spend and save plus account with them and now i can’t even transfer my own money to my OWN account from it because its blocked and says “payment under review” after two days of it being open? A JOKE OF A BANK.

Amazing customer service from start to finish, had a problem with an Online Banking and Setting the App up, Dean the Customer Service Advisor was so helpful and talked me through the process step by step and all was complete, nothing was too much trouble for these guys which cant be said about other Banks, Thank You again... read full comment
