Spoke to Bal who explained the various options and allowed me time to process and digest the information, being vastly outside my comfort zone.
She guided my wife through the process of setting up the suitable accounts for our immediate needs on the app.

“I had few issues that needed PNB assistance.I had visited branch just few times to do usual banking but never had to sit with branch staff.I am thankful to all the staff at PNB Wolverhampton , who were so professional and polite to guide me.Although I had to wait a little long to see the advisor due to social distancing in place and staff issues, which all the companies are facing everywhere, it was all worth it as all my issues were solved.Fully recommend them.”

There was no queue and the lady who saw me was very helpful and professional.They have good social distancing and cleanliness measures in place with hand sanitizer and barriers. All the staff were also wearing masks and gloves.I felt very safe and my visit was efficient and easy. I would definitely recommend this branch.”
