“My favourite shop for fresh, organic and vegan products at reasonable prices!Hanny, the shop owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to vegan alternative foods, and her passion comes through every time I visit.I've tried fruit and vegetables I've never tasted before, and improved my cook book. If there's something I can't find in other stores they've done their best to find suppliers for me too - a personal touch you just can't get at supermarkets.On special occasions they have even made food and gift hampers which are unique to any I've had from online stores.A must visit in Wolverhampton!”

“Lidl always manage to run out of things they had many of the week before.
They seem to delight in having 90% of the checkouts closed until the line of customers stretch from the meat department to the dairy; only then will you hear the all too familiar announcement, 'Till number six is opening, please put your purchases on the belt'. You then wait what seems an eternity for someone to condescend to actually serve you.

The above review was written some time ago and since then things have improved no end, in fact these days it is something of a pleasure to visit and see what is on offer.

“Great apart from there was only 1 big trolley left and they dont have any twin seat trolleys at all. It would also be really good if people without children would STOP parking in the parent and child bays”

“Accessing car park is a nightmare at times but it is a good little shop to visit. Not as big as some I've visited but clean and tidy with a good selection of produce both, frozen, fresh and other”

“What's not to like at Coop. The food is of good quality, fruit and vegetables are always nice. Meat are locally sourced. Baked goods are a favourite in our house. Staff are very nice. Owned by its members, got to be the future ?”

“This is one of my favourite supermarkets in Wolverhampton to be honest, as like the fact it has wider Ilse's compared to it's and is always well stocked and has a really good range of gf products that are easy to find, especially as they are in there own refrigeration unit, too many supermarkets put gf products in amongst not gf which make shopping a nightmare as I then have to read all the labels to be certain I got right one or stock a range of high calories, palm oil filled gf products but not here as they have great range of pasta, breads, crackers, refrigerated pies, fresh pasta, sausage rolls pork pies etc, so the things we actually want to eat .

The drinks section is great with many main stream and not so common spirits and wines, fresh bakery and large fruit and veg section.

What I like best is parking is under store so none of going out in rain.”

“Very big extended store..you can buy all fruits, veg, curry seasoning, rices pasta, meat, its like a supermarket.. they also have a minature butchers located directly at the back of the store. Which is clean so highly recommended..prices are fair for the items being bought aswell”

“I like it here, but it's cramped, the Ilse are barrow and they never gave enough staff on the self serve or tills and you can end up waiting ages if your red light comes on, as the person covering them always appears to be doing deliveries and every other job besides concentrating on the 8 self serve which is annoying.”

“I visit this store every Sunday morning for a Sunday paper. Often served by the wonderful Sharon on the tobacco counter. She is welcoming, helpful, friendly and always smiling. She's a credit to the store and always makes my day.”

“It's a sainsbury's, does what all good supermarkets do, sells a wide range of products (but not everything) now its been announced they will stop doing CD and DVD I will use them less. But all round a good shop. Self checkout, scanners and normal checkouts.”

“High stars for a chain supermarket are difficult to give but in general this little co-op is brought up by its staff. They're really likeable and know the majority of customers by name, however they're equally welcoming to those people they don't know. Prices are a bit steeper than larger supermarkets but you're paying for convenience. ”

“Absolutely great shop, owned and run by the same people for years they are all very friendly and helpful, pretty much anything you want/need sold here and if not they should have some kind of alternatives, overall well priced can be a bit more expensive for your specialty/bigger shop items bit still not too bad, they have a paypoint so can pay bills here too, overall ace shop highly recommend.”

“Under complete new management. It was good before. It is ran even better now. The owners and staff treat everybody like valued customers. Prices are reasonable, if you want to save a few pence more then go across the road to Heron Foods.

The amount of items they have added, like imported sweets and drinks. To vape juices. Hka hot shelf of freshly made food like samosa.

Fresh veg sold outside now too.

If your a regular and you ask then to stock something for you, they will. You can have your parcels delivered to them with trust and care.

I really don't see how anyone can not give this 5 stars.”

“Quality meal deals only £3, best value for money I reckon would be the chicken salad sandwich for the main and the one of the innocent smoothies for the drink with a pack of Doritos or sensations, although that being said you can get a grab bag of skips which will last you an afternoon and melt in your mouth. That new cereal smoothie is also included in the drinks but I myself have never tried it because I'm not a monster. I'd also advise you to shell out a few extra pence and grab a bag of sugar ring donuts, giving you a great haul for well under a fiver and you'll be the talk of the office or school or synagogue or whatever with the donuts because there and five and you'll probably be satisfied after 2 or 3.Also lots of parking.”

“The Fox and Goose is a fantastic pub with a really welcoming atmosphere. The Pepsi Max is always perfectly chilled, and their cheese and onion cobs are absolutely spot on – fresh, tasty, and just what you want with a drink. Great place, great food, and great service. Highly recommend!”
