I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady called Isma in the men's department, St.Johns shopping centre in Wolverhampton. She was serving one person before me, on the tills. Always find staff helpful and professional and polite . Does get busy but it’s a small shop so to be expected

Next is usually a great store, but the manager at this location was terrible. There was an issue with the Girls 6-12 section, as the section banner was not displayed vividly. The manager was not willing to help. Later, when I returned to the section, I found the right section and saw many t-shirts available for ages 7-12.... read full comment
