“I came to the store with my mom. We were served by Emma. She was very patient with us as we were buying gifts for my sister and brother in-law for their anniversary. We weren't too sure on fragrances for them both and she was kind enough to give us recommendations. She was so nice and understanding. Also offered to put my brothers aftershave in the gift set we bought which meant opening the packaging. She was an excellent assistant we couldn't thank her enough for her excellent customer service. Basic safety checks re tyre pressures, oil level, screen-wash etc was included in the deal at a reduced price which provided great peace of mind as I had passed my old car to my daughter and she needed to drive it back to Bournemouth.”
