Bullied/Forced to give over my email to get a paper receipt. This new look now has a policy that to get any type of receipt you have to give over your email or leave with no proof of purchase. It wouldn't be so bad if you were warned about this but I was told after already paying. Won't be shopping in store again.Served... read full comment

Stores lovely but the service at the tills is the slowest I've ever seen. They have one person serving while 10 people in the queue. One customer takes forever to serve. You see other staff members around but they don't jump on the tills, just hover around. Needs improvement!!
