In the tetenhall branch customers always have to wait, whether there is a short or long que.There are alot of staff but they aren't attending to customers.The last twice l have visited the bank in the last month l have observed 3 occasionswhere people who had finally got to be served were dealing with the sensitive issues... read full comment
