I am sick of this branch whenever we come to get my account joint they say come this day then we come and they say the same thing over and over again and I have been here more than 5 times after taking days off work. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Lloyds Bank Wolverhampton Queen Square branch.

Everyone else was lovely except the amanda lady at the desk. Can never be useful or ask a question without being completely passive agressive and rude. So miserable i hope she finds a job she actually likes❤️
