My Mum has got a current and saving account with Lloyds and I took my Dad in with Mum to open a joint account. The customer service we received from Michelle was shocking. She was clearly not willing to help at all.

Went to Lloyds Wednesfield Monday Jag assisted me with a, credit card query he was very helpful in sorting this out He is an assett to the bank l must add that all the staff are very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful hope they never close ?
