Staff are always lovely and helpful but the queues are HORRENDOUS! Staff walk around with iPads, coming up asking can they help, what they need to do is jump on the desks and serve more people at the same time. Too much faffing around

Visited the Wolverhampton, Queen Square branch last Friday. In a time when good customer service is a rare experience, it's nice to be able acknowledge and recognise anyone who provides it. 0 Stars given. This landline service and online banking is the worst.. Online banking assistants keep repeating the same questions which make no accomplishment.
