Turned up to pick some parts up seen the que going into the carpark and just left. The business is not suitable to serve Wolverhampton and needs to be upscaled to support the volume of customers.

Customer service is awful to be honest very slow service gave me parts with broken boxes and broken sealed used parts scratches I can’t believe it when I checked out inside the boxes it’s looks like parts been used before and dirty scratches all over tell him to give me another one he told me to come next day I left...

Be prepared for long queues as this facility is poorly run, only 1 person taking orders and collecting on a weekend, can be in a queue for over an hour. They should have at least 2 people working to get through the queue quicker. The amount of people I see come in and walk straight back out is unbelievable.
