“An excellent store that I have been visiting for many years. Unfortunately Homebase is now in administration, which is a shame for lovely staff and management.
On the plus side for customers, the store has 10% off everything at the moment, due to falling into administration.
There is plenty of parking including disabled and easy to find just off the Wolverhampton ring road, signposted St.Johns Retail Park.
There are customer loo's, including disabled, if you ask.
A diy store selling everything you would expect including furniture and a large garden centre.

“Polite, a clean customer environment and my car was ready when I was told it would be, in fact it was probably ten minutes later - but the staff member was very apologetic - which was absolutely fine!”

“Super service today from friendly competent staff at the Wolverhampton branch when sorting out an exchange of number-plates. Basic safety checks re tyre pressures, oil level, screen-wash etc was included in the deal at a reduced price which provided great peace of mind as I had passed my old car to my daughter and she needed to drive it back to Bournemouth.”

“Checked by phoning to see if the vehicle battery I needed was in stock. No problem collecting, personally I missed the turn for road first pass, not realising its entry from main road side. No access from the Sainsbury/ retail area side , that I know of.
Store was pretty busy with folk waiting to collect.
Few consumables available on display, fuses, petrol cans, sealants, car cleaners, etc . Staff were helpful, card payment or cash , invoice provided. Battery carried to car for me.
I didn't spot a seat at all, tbh as I hadn't taken my stick, standing was getting bit difficult, as queue was a while , just as folk waiting to collect. Not great area if your kids are tagging along. A seat, would be helpful if they can squeeze one in ! For achey folk like me.
Parking is available, right near the entrance, but pos about 4 - 6 spaces , including a Disabled bay.”
