Went in to purchase one item. Used self checkouts and it crashed after payment and didn’t give a receipt. Told staff and they made me pay for it a second time on a different machine despite me showing them the banking app on my phone which proved the money has already come out of the account immediately. Worst shop in Wolverhampton. The grey haired male manager is vile, he speaks to everyone like dirt, even my elderly 82 year old grandmother.
