“I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the member of staff with the moustache when I visited the petrol station yesterday. As I was walking in he'd left the till to hold the door open for a very old lady with mobility problems, he served me and was very polite, and then went out to help another elderly lady who he'd been helping to sort out her two flat front tyres with previously, and I thought all of this was truly wonderful to see, and all so very, very kind. It's very rare anybody gives you the time of day these days, but you've got a genuine hero of a fella in your shop, I hope you look after him like he does everybody else. Top work all around. Excellent moustache too, that's equally as impressive in its own right.”
