I've always been to specsavers, and being as I was always in West Bromwich I thought I would give them another go, oh how I was wrong. At the eye test I was told I needed a field test due to gluecoma in the family, went to the machine and apparently it wasn't working, I wasn't told to come back the following day the answer...

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Both the same prescription but one pair was correct other pair was awful could not see out of them. They tried to say it was me. Until they checked. They had put someone else lens in the frame. Totally useless. No apology. Won’t be using again

Always chaotic, running late and overall bad service and incompetent staff. Would not recommend.
