I booked at random 2 years ago as other opticians that I had tried were not very understanding about his many complaints and his restlessness. I am very glad that I came to the West Brom branch with him. The staff are extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. Choosing glasses can be a great big nightmare at times as he feels the need to try on every pair. They really helped with narrowing down the pairs in a calm and fun way.
