“Outstanding service from the West Bromwich store! greeted by a gentleman named "Seb", I was in the store for ages as I have odd sized feet, trying on many pairs of shoes, yet he and his colleague were nothing but helpful,patient and friendly, bringing many different shoes from their stock room for me to try. Eventually found a pair that was perfect, however not in the colour I needed, and they were a discontinued item! Seb checked their online stock and found the only pair left in Birmingham in a different Clark's store, he phoned the store in question and had them put aside for me.... Not for me to go and collect, but Seb went out of his way in his personal time to collect them for me on his way home, and had them waiting for me in West Bromwich store for when I was able to collect them. All this with a smile on his face, courteous, professional and friendly. This level of service is not a common thing these days, and was a breath of fresh air to receive such service! If you're reading this Seb (and Clark's) , you're a credit to the company, and I thank you for such a pleasant experience. It's great Clark's have shoes in wide sizes also, as not everyone has narrow feet!”
