I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the West Bromwich Halifax branch. After losing my ATM card, I went there and showed my ID to request cash or a transfer to my other account. Tried phoning Halifax , they said sorry no one available. Had a simple transaction, still no one available, so going to Draw all money out and go out .
