Loren was very polite, highly professional, and very supportive. Not only did she answer, and sort all of my questions, she explained other options which was also very helpful for me to consider. Thanks to Loren I left the branch a happy customer.

“I use this branch - and the online app - very often. Sometimes there is a queue at the branch but that all depends on the time of day I go. I've been a member since 2006 and I've always been happy with the customer service I've received. I have general banter and a laugh & joke with the staff. I hope this branch remains open. And I love the new Nationwide TV ad too.”
