Service was slow, mainly due to staffing levels and it being a busy Sunday afternoon. Once we spoke to someone,(I believe his name was H. Singh) he was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Need to employ more staff especially at busy times like a bank holiday. Staff also look unhappy like they cant wait to go home but also do not know the products there selling.Went to purchase a new dishwasher and microwave, staff member didnt know certain things about the dishwashers we were looking at and told to just look it up on google.Did purchase in the end and felt forced to take out insurance which we didnt want to do as already have an insurance to cover items like dishwasher etc then staff member went stroppy as we refused several times.Definitely more training needed.

I popped in store to order a new microwave oven and was helped by Samina with my purchase. Very satisfied with the level of customer care, she was very patient, polite and helpful and went through my options with me. Once I chose the make and model I wanted she sorted out the delivery and made sure the item was available for next day shipping. Happy ?

Went to store to check out various vacuums on display and chose a hoover , waited for staff to ask us if we needed help but had to ask them !! Staff member walked over and asked which one we wanted so pointed the vacuum out , after pointing out a hole in the box in the one under the shelf they walked out back to check stock . They came back and the vacuum in box was chucked on floor and they walked off to carry on conversation with colleagues!! Didn?t even want to take payment or point out where to go !! Really bad customer service!! Vacuum great tho

In there for over an hour regarding TV's wanted one with 3.5 headphone jack was told they had 1 only to find it was not a 3.5 jack at all. They also seem that un bothered because I only wanted to spend Up to £600 for the bedroom. The collection guy that we had ordered stuff on line was very polite and helpful.

Not a nice place to shop, staff rude, unprofessional and unhelpful on gaming floor. When asked them for ps5 they asked us back if we got money to buy it. So we get one from Argos, nice and pleasant. Will never visit this store again

The Christmass scam has begun, absolutely ridiculous.Just wanted to get a tumble dryer that I only just checked out few days ago and guess what? It is now £130 more than it was for no reason whatsoever, wasn't on sale or anything like that. It's not the only thing that has gone up so rediculously over last few days. Do not recommend anyone buying anything untill the prices go back down to what they actually suposed to be. UNREAL SCAM!

My experience varies depending on which section I actually go to. I've noticed on all my visits the computing/gaming section is extremely lazy.l apart from a very few individuals. They will try to avoid you even avoiding eye contact. Usually on their phones and I've even been advised by some of them that they cannot carry out the finance payments on their till however this was not the case on my most recent visit. Either laziness or not trained. Regardless poor communication. The TV section is probably the best. If they see you they'll approach you and offer support every time. It's Currys. There are ample products to choose from. I do think there could be a few more staff on customer service when it gets busy. As a former retail manager it's better to have adaptable staff than only staff for select areas.

The staff at the collection desk don't have a clue at all at the Wednesbury storeI went to the desk and the member of staff said I'm dealing with another customer and proceeded to stand there doing nothing staring into space, then walked into the back and returned after a while to take my collection number. After a bit of faffing about he gave me my order (see picture). I said, I can not accept this in its current condition because it is a gift, he looked at me with surprise (Dont think it computed with him that a brown man could buy Xmas presents).I asked if they could give me another one, again he went off and returned with another beaten-up product with his colleague saying it didn't look that bad.At this point, I could see that they were wet behind the ears and the training that Currys had given them had fallen short of optimal.I asked if another store could give me the same item, and they didn't give me an answer, after which I said give me a refund and I will take care of the rest as their lack of customer service and intelligence was annoying me. They stated I had to go to the refund desk at the front of the store.I am very annoyed at this point because if you knew the product was not fit for sale, why would you process it and give it to me? Answer: STUPIDI go to the refund desk and this is where I experience professionalism, common sense, and customer service the way it is meant to be. The guy sorted everything and within 5 minutes I was out the door.Overall a complete waste of time and the 10% online discount has been withdrawn so I have to buy the product at full price because of a pair of wet behind-the-ears staff at Currys.Currys fix your training and fix your recruitment, customers will have a better experience in-store. Put all the wet behind-the-ears staff in the back away from customer-facing roles until they built experience.Look at the picture and see what they tried to give me, it is a complete joke.

Went in store and approached one of the staff members to ask a question about a product. He huffed and was so unhelpful. I left the conversation after as he made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience to him

Great service, but they could do with more staff out near products, as you have to sometimes chase them down.Wednesbury one has more stock and better staff help than the Selly Oak one, and I had a nice bit of help from the black shirt and long haired PC and laptop expert.

Excellent service, came in to buy a TV and Rhys was knowledgable and courteous. Coming in so close to closing time and he took the time to help us understand our needs and let us know what else we would need.
