Called in today to look at kettles with my granddaughter saw what we wanted and colour ..but none on shelf until a very nice sales assistant approached us and asked if we needed any assistance
I replied looks like what were after are not in stock
Tanya replied l will check stock we may have what your after and sure enough after a few minutes Tanya did

Huge store lots of selection. I visited to check out some speakers. Staff made eye contact with me but failed to come over and help.
Not a great experience, I ended up leaving not purchasing anything from the store.

Every time I go to curry's they never have what I want in stock and I'm told to look on line, now I'm of a certain age and looking on line really isn't for me plus I like to see what I'm buying before I make my purchase, yes the staff will look on line for me and show me the product but it still isn't like looking at it and comparing it with other ones, you have all these amazing staff falling over themselves to avoid me I feel at times perhaps it's because of my age and they think it's to much trouble to help an hopeless old person lol but will say the people who I have cornered have been lovely and as helpful as they can be lol so the one star isn't about the staff it's about not having things in stock lol

Visited chester store , saw a new laptop on display as clearance , but then they would not sell it to us, everything we asked about was answered like a well rehearsed script, poor customer service .

I was in wednesbury Curry's, shopping for a 91yr old neighbour, when I was approached by a Asian lady asking if I needed help. I think she said her name was Anita. She helped me choose a Microwave and a TV and also a portable Ariel for the TV. This lady was helpful and friendly she even put all the goods in the back of my car for me.

All your electronics under one roof , my only peeve with Currys is there seems to be 1000 people working there , but never anyone when you need them ! Expect a little wait for this but generally friendly and helpful staff

Charged a £30 installation fee for the washing machine to leak all over the kitchen floor. Called currys customer services immediately, to be told by Vishal they can?t come out to reinstall until 5 days time (I had already waited 1 week for delivery).
