Service was slow, mainly due to staffing levels and it being a busy Sunday afternoon. Once we spoke to someone,(I believe his name was H. Singh) he was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Need to employ more staff especially at busy times like a bank holiday. I popped in store to order a new microwave oven and was helped by Samina with my purchase. Very satisfied with the level of customer care, she was very patient, polite and helpful and went through my options with me.
