Very very poor. Do not buy from here. Ordered 3 matresses paid in advance and was advised of a 3 week lead time to get them in stock.
12 hrs before delivery they advise one of the matresses are missing. What a shoddy Company. How about they checked the delivery from their supplier beforehand and actually did something...

Bensons delivered the wrong color bed!!! 12 weeks wait time originally + another 12 weeks to replace.
This is obviously fulfilled by Chinese manufacturers with a mark up. No support for the local economy.
Both deliveries damaged my property. Which they acknowledge but their response is unsatisfactory.
