I opted for a quality item from the discount area.
The staff were all very pleasant, easy to talk to and helpful.
My only negative comment was the awful music in the store. It didn't inspire me to buy anything. That all went to the poor staff that had to suffer listening to it!”

“Jon was our assistant, he was very knowledgeable about the furniture & was very friendly. He told us about the sofa & what it included. He told us about the warrentys we could have, including the length of the warranty. He didn't, however, include the price, we would have had it regardless because of the power recliner & we have a cat that might cause some damage with his claws, but it would have been nice to know as it was another £500.It is going to take 14 weeks for delivery so we have plenty of time to sort the decorating.I will update about the quality when we receive the sofa.”
“Went to B&Q for some paint for our new home, had a rough idea of colours we wanted but wasn't 100% sure. Karen on the paint tills was happy to help straight away, she knew exactly what colours would work together to give the perfect look, was happy to give us some samples and show us what they'd be like once dry. She even managed to get us a cheaper alternative in the Valspar paint which they mix there and then for you. Saved us a fortune and got us to sign up for the loyalty programme that gets even more discounts. Thanks for your help, Karen.”
