The customer service is awful! Dave is so rude, never returning after my experience. Staff spend more time chatting to each other rather than helping their customers.

I have order the kitchen drawers, I have received wrong items for the first time, worktop was shorter in length than it supposed to be. It took 45 days to get those in first place and it came different in size than expected. Also 2 items were missing and I had no idea until carpenter came and mentioned this to me.
