Miserable to say the least! I popped in this morning to ask if they took Relay parcels. The gentleman behind the counter said '8 o clock', so i asked if he would be able to take my parcel early since i was on my way to work, the response was '8 o clock' - he did not even look up from his phone! Rude and bad customer service! This is the fourth time i have been to drop a parcel and i get the same attitude - either unfriendly, unhelpful or the equipment isn't working. I shall not be returning gain to purchase anything.

Rudest shop owner ever!! Usually when you go to a corner shop they?re the best and you feel inclined to buy more, well not here! Whole family is rude as hell better off spending your money further down the road if you need anything. Simply wanted to use the pay point and because it didn?t benefit them they refused and the excuse was ?your phone needs to be on light mode? funny enough it was and the shop down the road managed to scan this barcode that apparently wasn?t scannable lol don?t give them your money

Nice and clean shop with a large selection of products, friendly staff too that always have a smile on their faces
ETA: i hadnt been into this shop for a few weeks because i was ill and in hospital for a few days at one point, when i went back in i was asked by one of the women working there what had happened, they showed geniune concern and asked how im doing, it was the same after i fled a domestic situation and they were asking if i was okay and safe now. The staff working in this shop show real care for their customers and community.

An excellent One Stop convenience store in Chester Road, Brownhills offering outstanding customer service. The staff are consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. A reliable and pleasant place to shop.

Had to collect a parcel from this shop today. Unfortunately the guy behind the till is the most rude and vile person I've met . Threw my phone back to me followed by my parcels. Will never set foot in there again .

Asked them to ring a bell when paper finally delivered to save an elderly lady the trek down 2 floors throughout the morning, was told a definite NO! Cancel if your not happy, so we did, awful attitude for a local shop.
