Miserable to say the least! I popped in this morning to ask if they took Relay parcels. The gentleman behind the counter said '8 o clock', so i asked if he would be able to take my parcel early since i was on my way to work, the response was '8 o clock' - he did not even look up from his phone! Rude and bad customer service!...

Very nice family-run shop. They are always polite and friendly. The shop is always clean and tidy. I love and enjoy shopping here.
