I asked to move my old bank over to Nationwide. I had a ccard & was given a computer to add details of my other banks ccard £.
My other bank blocked the move yet my manually updated ccard balance stayed with Nationwide!!
I had in the meantime paid the ccard value to (0) Now the balance I entered has been returned...
