“I have gone in almost every month to take in parcels to be sent away. Each time I go I'm greeted with a smile from them and a little chat with them. The lady would always say " "that time of month again already, that's come round quick" as I arrived and "see you next month" as I left. I was sad to hear that she passed away, but the family continue on in there. They are a very friendly family, very polite approachable”

“Grandaughter's glasses broke and local Asda at Great Bridge couldn't help (as for under 16s you need a manager and he was off ill). They said Walsall branch had an opticians i could try. Anyway, I called ahead to check if they could help first and they were very helpful and said they'd have a look, but should be able to sort them. They ended up fiting the lenses into new frames. Fast and friendly service, saved the weekend as she's blind as a bat without them! Thank you so much!”

“A well stocked Asda Living store located on a busy retail park.The store wasn't too busy when we called, but there was a fair queue forming at the checkouts.The staff are friendly and helpful.They don't offer the park for free option at this store, so if you're only shopping here, you need to pay for parking.”
“I have had the 2 most lovely experiences here with the best member of staff ✨Lisa✨ most recently on the 29/12/24 it was early morning and I’d been out that night and honest to god she was the highlight of the whole night she was so kind and friendly helped me with my shopping and had the best chat I’ve ever had. Genuinely cannot big her up enough.
