Good service although some of the staff need to have more training in being customer friendly

We have been shopping in Sainsburys for years an have on the whole had good experiences. I feel I have to write a review now as for the majority of this year shopping there has been like shopping in the dark ages, low stock or empty shelves, no staff and cages and cages of stock all over the shop floor added to this... read full comment

Refuse to answer the phone about a missing delivery with no refund. Have made several complaints about this since it was a £100 shop and nobody gets back to me. Customer service is less than useful too.
