“Been here a few times and staff have always been pleasant & store seems to be well maintained.

Locals are a lot friendlier here too compared to your local brummie bunch.

Liz - cashier is really polite & friendly. Good customer service skills.

Good car parking spaces.”

“Friendly helpful staff. The only complaint in the whole shopping experience was small amount of disabled parking in front of shop and used by non blue badge holders . Security man outside on his mobile would be nice if he had addressed this. Had a long walk to store. So as kind of made me uneasy at using the store again”

“A delightful range of dishes with many excellent combinations of ingredients, that are beautifully presented and extremely enjoyable. The menu designers and chefs really have created some fabulous cuisine options. On a number of occasions I have been served by Darcey. A really experienced, first class waitress, who is always alert to customers’ needs without being at all intrusive. I do hope her managers will convey my sincere appreciation.”

“Visited to buy leg of lamb for Easter, lots of stock available. Isles blocked by staff restocking freezers maybe needs a rethink about timing of restocking to avoid annoying shoppers.”

“My oval coop, it's convenient but it's too small now. Having been to other stores locally that have been modernized and enlarged, my store lacks choice. Some times you cannot get to the shelving because of the trolleys loaded with new stock. It's not the staffs fault, just down to the side of the place. Friendly staff and always clean.”

“Huge range of goods but each week everything seems to have been moved around. Most complaints start with 'I can't find' or 'where the heck is?'. Otherwise, still a great store.”

“Must be at least thirty years since I last shopped at this Co-op. Now there's a frightening thought. Forgotten just how large it is inside.\\nWe've started using local shops a lot more since the first Lockdown in March. Definitely a habit we intend to continue when this madness finally ends.”

“Just been to this store, As a disabled person the staff were extremely generous with their time and enormously patient. My favourite Sainsburys in Birmingham to do my shopping at now”

“Well...it's a petrol station. Has the option of paying at pump or going inside, which has the usual small selection of snacks, car accessories/maintenance items.”

“An all round good little shop and petrol service station, the fuel prices here match the local area and the fuel is good, the shop is a good convenience and handy but if busy and you want fuel you can end up with a long wait because of shoppers”

“Brill customer service no matter what time of the day, super accomadating and any cool imported snacks that you crave, they have to try. Check them out, just as good as the other locals surrounding such as fish bar and Post office, pharmacy, balti Lodge. Open up your minds and kind”

“Came into the beggars Bush store yesterday. All I can say is the staff were BRILLIANT. They could teach a lot of stores customer service. Nothing was too much trouble when asking anything. Also I was in a lot of pain waiting at the tills and the team leader opened up a fresh till for me.🙂 Definitely using these again.”

“Great Hotel made even greater greater by the helpful pleasant staff in particular Amy on reception, very modern and comfortable. Close to supermarkets and food outlets and restaurants. Easy access from main road and easy parking”

“On the whole decent. I don’t like the fresh meat though. Poor quality. Also, there is not a good variety of cooked meat to choose from. I also think they should police the parent and child parking bays. Really winds me up when you can’t get a spot because people who don’t need them use them!! Infuriating!!!
The food in the cafe is nice. And the staff are lovely!”

“Definitely becoming a much more caring and friendly environment than a couple of years ago, in my opinion anyway, unfortunately just a couple of employees that for all I knowcould of had a really bad day or personal struggles, it was just really embarrassing getting told to leave my local shop I've been using longer than the one lady who was extremely rude by not only, lying telling me the post office in there doesn't exchange foreign currency but then got the poor elderly manager involved just because I got my phone out to show her on their site, and he obviously not being aware of how it initially transpired quite rightly stood up for his empowee and joined in with her raised voice to tell (shout at) me to get out. But like I said I still even today stayed loyal to the store and bought an E cig. Partly due to my loyalty but mainly due to how the couple of newer staff, mainly the 1 Asian late shift worker and the 2 Asian lads, lovely people that have helped spread the kindness of their unjudgementle spirits. So yeah sorry for the long ramble but I have to give credit where credit is due, everyone deserves a second chance and only then can one learn from one mistakes!! So yeah from a 1 star rating to a 4 out of 5. Lovely shop One stop. As the name implied, they did it once and stopped✋️”

“Staff are really friendly and are working extremely hard during this hard time. The lady on the checkout when I went yesterday and today at about 7am was so friendly. Always has a smile on her face. She is an asset to Tesco. I have recently moved here and it's nice in these challenging times to see a happy face .”
