Great experience in store yesterday the 2 young weekend staff males , were very polite helpful and managed to find my item in the stockroom with no hesitancy. Thankyou! A great asset to the store.

Visited on 5th Oct Saturday at Gracechurch shop, three female shop assistants were standing by the till chatting and refusing to help us with online order return, one of them was saying they can only do return for items bought in store, they can’t do online orders return which I don’t understand since on river island... read full comment
