“I had a lovely attendant named Hailey help me today. I was having a right mare trying to find products that my friend would like for her birthday (she’s crazy specific) and Hailey was an angel. She knew how to help me and was a friendly face in the chaos ?”

“Following poor service at the pharmacy attached to my doctor's surgery, I switched to Peak Pharmacy. I've found their service excellent - prescriptions sent electronically from the doctors are made up promptly and they text you to collect them. In my case because I have mobility issues they deliver at no additional cost. The shop and pharmacy are well staffed and queues (if any) are rare and short.”

“I was invited by NHS to have my 4th booster vaccine for my underlying health condition, so booked it via government website with an appointment at MW Philips. I was being turned away by this Asian man who apparently is the manager for this place, that I am not eligible until another attendee checked it again and asked me eligible questions to confirm that I was. This Asian man then gives sarcastic comments and gives cunning smile to irritate you even though he has no knowledge whatsoever. Better off going to different walk in centres who know they job”

“Extremely rude and I definitely felt like I was being judged because I have an eating disorder but obviously they got it wrong, i have to update this review due to there being quite a big difference since i wrote it, and it's mainly down to one of the main male pharmacists, white and aged about 45 and also a young i think Polish girl probably in her mid 20's, they've both been there about 2 years and have made an amazing difference, i don't feel like im being treated like a criminal anymore and can just sit down and wait, the reason it bothered me the most was for easily 15 years now ive been buying my partners and childrens perfumes and aftershaves there 3 every yearand my partner only likes Prada or Channel lol, so you can imagine the money I've spent, about £80 for hers, and about £45 for my kids locoste, so easily £250 every year for 15 years and have never been any trouble, so to be followed around and completely giving me them extremely rude 1 reply words when i ask any questions was just bizarre, i can guarantee you that my house is about double the price of thers, but unfortunately some people suffer with severe depression and eating disorders hence why i dont look the best. Anyway as you can see i haven't name dropped anyone i just wanted to explain my situation and how it's improved, so I'm changing it from a 1 star to a 3, warm regards. Mr S M, I always leave my initial post up just so people can see how people can improve, yes everything I said regarding this store was true to me, but WOW they have been blessed by I think a Polish lady, that not only is almost as hard working as me lol, almost ? But is so polite and helpful, you've found yourselves a diamond there and hhmmm hmm maybe a little raise, ? Love going there now. Well done Wylde green pharmacy. 4 stars.”

“We had our first vaccination today at M W Phillips chemist at Shady Lane Oscott. Johns was booked first mine 20 mins later. The staff were very friendly and put us in together. In the space of 20 minutes we were ready to come home. We did have to wait 15 mins to check we had no side effect. Can I congratulate you all on your professionalism and care. Absolutely first class.
