We stayed here on Saturday night, the staff on reception were very welcoming and lovely - we got to the room and it was lovely, the staff always worked hard you could just turn up to any part of the hotel and all staff was doing there jobs, there was no messing about just pure hard working team which you don’t see often.... read full comment

Instead of a spa stay we opted for a room with jacuzzi and room service instead of dinner in the restaurant. It was a very good decision! The room (188) was beautiful, clean, cosy and warm. Room service very efficient, delicious food. We had a truly relaxing, romantic stay.

Great NYE venue. Nice room and staff. The party was great with bagpiper, glass of bubbles on arrival and at midnight. Good live band and DJ (would have preferred some different music but it got everyone on the dance floor). The food was excellent, though a pre-order would have been nice. The spa was lovely.
