Went in trying to speak to somebody about savings, was told it's all online now & there were no humans available, ridiculous!

Rude staff! Early morning just opened a woman waiting for customers. I wanted to deposit into my account she made me use the self service! Well what's the point in waiting when your actually not going to help a customer. Ridiculous!
