From the moment I approached the counter, he was friendly, professional, and very attentive.
Afterwards, He then patiently explained the credit card application process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the different credit card options available. Their knowledge and courteous manner made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He supported me through the application which was successful.
It’s not every day that you come across such helpful and customer-focused service. I left the branch feeling confident about my decision and grateful for the support I received.
