Dire company. Gone are the days when this company was held in high regard. They’re the wild Wild West of retail. Embarrassing. Bullying my autistic son, over a product that he does not have. Truly vile bunch. Avoid!

Brilliant service at Evan’s in House of Fraser, Sutton Coldfield. I was helped by Dan (the store manager) and Jake, who were both really knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
