It's pretty much a standard Screwfix, but the serving staff are efficient and honest, which elevates it to very good.

Been into screwfix STOURBRIDGE today with just photos of what I needed. I didn’t do click and collect, so I’m guessing I needed some old fashioned assistance to find what I needed. Let’s just say the staff member dealing with me did not conceal her annoyance at the fact I did not have a SKU . I’m sure it is annoying... read full comment
