My wife and I can't rate this place highly enough! There is always a friendly face to greet you on arrival should you have a query and the ladies on the cash desks are equally polite and friendly.

I accompanied my 88 year old mum the other day in order to sort out her ISA. We met with Jamie Hughes, the Stourbridge branch manager, who could not have been more helpful, kind and patient. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you do not have to queue for too long. It is now one of the only bank branches left on the High Street. I do wish that it was still open till 3 30pm ( including Saturday) though. By the time I have parked somewhere and dashed to the branch, it is sometimes too late!
