Staff are very friendly and helpful, it's nice to have a bank on the high street. Fed up with seeing banks close and go digital so it's good to see Nationwide are showing the way forward.

Staff are helpful, I’ve received £150 this year in the shareout to customers, no problems at all. Only improvement- more staff and cashiers needed as NW have become so popular
