I am going to keep the booking system aside. The care and follow up by Dr's Simpson and Kyprianou are second to none. They listen well and communicate brilliantly, following up exactly with what they say they will. Very thorough and supportive. All the doctors are wonderful, but the system is broken, all appointments are regularly filled at 8.00am, there's queues for flu jabs all around the building but no actial patients to be seen. Absolutely appalling "surgery". It's totally impossible to book an appointment, the system is not at all functional. Every time I've spoken to the reception staff they are arrogant, patronising & downright rude. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing the way they treat people. Nobody at this place deserves to wear... read full comment
