Decided to get a flu jab. Brilliant service the pharmacist managed to book my husband and me in nearly straight away. Very considerate it didn't hurt. Checked my husband's blood pressure and advised on high side. Now monitoring. Thank you

Stood at the pharmacy counter & this woman looked at me & said, i'll be there in a minute sir. If you can't make out the gender of a person don't say anything! Had i commented on her ethnicity & choice of dress she would have been offended as i to be called a man. Perhaps the staff behind the counter should go on courses... read full comment
