“I often use this post office and have found the owner and staff all to be very helpful and polite in particular the young lady who’s there often. She’s been really patient with my never ending queries!”
“Went there today trying to track a parcel ( lost the receipt) the lady who served me found it on the system.. and also used her own phone to tell me where it was.. excellent service!!!”

“A post office that stays open until 6pm on a Saturday - awesome! The post office is part of a shop and the owners are super friendly! So what more can I say - five stars from me for the long weekend opening hours, and the friendly staff.”
“Very friendly staffNothing is too much trouble for themDefinitely well worth a visit and lots of choice of beers wines and spirits at reasonable pricesWhat’s not to like ❤️”
“Great local store, the staff here are all fantastic, always pleasant and friendly. They also offer Post Office facility and accept late post after business hours, no issues any they arrive on time!”
“This is one of the most spiritual post offices I’ve visited... and I’ve visited a lot. I made sure I was fasted upon arrival and after meditating for 30 minutes in the queue I realised I had not got an envelope. I asked the guru at the counter what types of envelopes they had and she replied ‘they only have one’. In that moment I knew we were all one. We are all connected. I then paid for my envelope with a £20 note and again the wise guru replied “don’t you have any change” and in that moment I knew I did not have to change, I am perfect the way I am. Thank you for my spiritual awakening. I’m planning on spending a few days there next time.”
“Store layout is in a way to make the post office queue less visible. Frequently only one member of staff on the till when I go in. I've had some issues with weight and size on postal items which the staff explained well.”
“This is a busy sub-post office on the High Street in Knowle. There is a car park to the rear, and two further car parks further along the High Street towards Loch Fyne. The front of the building is given over to a newsagents and convenience store. The newsagents stocks a good range of magazines, while the convenience store has enough stock to enable you to fill any gaps in your shopping or to put enough snacks together for a picnic. The post office itself is situated at the back of the store. There is often a queue, but this moves quickly. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, even when faced with eBay parcels! They are also happy to complete certificates of posting, and to confirm the cost of specific parcels posted, which is way above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.”
“Lovely, kind, very friendly, polite, courteous, efficient, and experienced staff that are most helpful and go over and beyond with a smile ? thank you very much, my favourite Post Office and Grocery Store by far, adequate parking outside too, thank you very much ?? ?????”
“Great little post officeAll the usual service you would expect from a village post office but with the added bonus of the fantastic penny who’s always happy to advise and helpIt’s like customer service as it used to beFirst class( handy for the off-licence too!) ?”
