We called in to the store just to browse, but found a lovely quirky cupboard there and had to buy it. Staff were very helpful. While we went back to our car and go round to the turning circle they wrapped it in bubble wrap and two members of staff wheeled it out to us and helped get it in the car.

Returned a wall clock, loved the clock but not suitable for my room unfortunately. No quibble return.But I found the lady who served me to be unfriendly and sharp, maybe a brush up on customer service is in order, before the Christmas spirit is ruined in this lovely Christmas shop.

I visited this store on Sunday, I love Christmas & buy more tree decorations every year. There were lots of lovely sparkly decorations, Scandinavian style decorations, & Christmas gonks. They also had some Halloween decorations too. Whilst there, my youngest granddaughter accidentally dropped her frappé on the floor and was a bit upset, I found a member of staff, who was absolutely lovely, she reassured my granddaughter that she breaks things too and she wiped up the mess. As we were leaving the shop, she approached us and handed a little brown paper bag to my granddaughter, she said she should open it once we were outside of the shop. It contained a little wooden tree decoration, such a lovely thought. I went back into the shop and looked for her to thank her again, but couldn't see her but I want her to know how much we appreciate her gesture, and her kindness. Thank you. A lovely shop, and even lovelier staff ?
