We called in to the store just to browse, but found a lovely quirky cupboard there and had to buy it. Staff were very helpful. While we went back to our car and go round to the turning circle they wrapped it in bubble wrap and two members of staff wheeled it out to us and helped get it in the car.

Returned a wall clock, loved the clock but not suitable for my room unfortunately. No quibble return.But I found the lady who served me to be unfriendly and sharp, maybe a brush up on customer service is in order, before the Christmas spirit is ruined in this lovely Christmas shop.

I visited this store on Sunday, I love Christmas & buy more tree decorations every year. There were lots of lovely sparkly decorations, Scandinavian style decorations, & Christmas gonks.
