Spoke to a lady who was going to arrange a viewing for me and was told I was going to be called back after 4PM. This never happened, sent an email via Rightmove and still no response. Time wasters.

The actual staff who let to us were generally nice. But my landlord and myself found the management to be tricky and sneaky about fees. If you have a problem and need to go to the customer service team - awful. Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Sad because they let their staffs image down and I now would never buy or...
